% 24.01.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that refund has been approved and that the appropriate orders with respect to amounts as well as full interest would be passed expeditiously. The formal orders shall be made and the amounts remitted to the petitioner's account within ten days. In case of any grievance, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application which shall be dealt with by the concerned VATO within a month.
