The present petition is filed with the request that the time frame fixed by this court in its order dated 16.12.2015 in CS(OS) 614/2013 and 615/2013 titled Rekha Jain vs. Prem Kumar Jain be extended as fixed in the said order, namely, evidence being completed in 6-9 months and suit be decided within one year from that date.

Learned counsel for the party submits that initially after the suit was transferred to the District Court there was an issue regarding the pecuniary jurisdiction of the court to which the matter had been transferred which took some time for adjudication. This issue was decided only in September 2016 and the first date before the trial court itself was in November 2016. 3.

In view of the above, time period to conclude evidence is extended by a period of one year from today. The trial court is also requested to expeditiously dispose of the suit preferably within 18 months from today. 4.

Petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
