O R D E R

% 06.01.2017 Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes vide compromise deed dated 14th January, 2016.

Petitioner nos.2 to 9 are the relatives of petitioner no.1. Marriage between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 has already been dissolved by the decree of divorce by mutual consent dated 22nd September, 2016 by the Family Court (East District), Delhi. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and admits having received the entire settled amount.

She submits that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties and

further that the marriage between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 has already been dissolved by decree of divorce, in the interest of justice, FIR No.655/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Tilak Nagar is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
