% 27.04.2018 Further status report has been filed by the State. The Laptop and mobile phone of the missing person have been examined and analysed. Unfortunately, they have not thrown up any new leads with regard to the whereabouts of the missing person i.e. brother of the petitioner. In these circumstances, we are of the view that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition alive any further, since investigation has been conducted to look at all possible leads presently known. The State shall, however, continue to file monthly status report before the trial court. A copy of the CDR of mobile number of the missing person shall be provided to the petitioner for the entire period that has been retrieved, within two days. In case the petitioner has any further information or updates, the same shall be

provided in writing to the police and the police shall seriously examine the same.
