O R D E R

% 19.01.2017 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.348/2010 under Sections 177/193/197/18/468/471 IPC registered at PS Anand Vihar. The above noted FIR was registered after the petitioner submitted a medical certificate seeking exemption from appearance from the Court. On verification, the medical certificate was found to be not issued from Hindu Rao Hospital and was forged and fabcricated document. Considering the nature of allegations and number of involvements of the petitioner, this Court do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Petition is dismissed. Order dasti.
