versus STATE (NCT OF DELHI) & ANR ..... Respondent Through:

Ms Neelam Sharma, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State alongwith WASI Sajani Devi Police Station North Rohini, Delhi Mr Shubham Asri, Adv. for R2

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE SUNITA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 20.01.2016 No reply has been filed by counsel for the respondent no.2. It is submitted by counsel for the respondent that he has already filed reply on 18.01.2016 and, therefore, the same could not come on record.

Directions were given to the respondent no.2 on 14.10.2015 to file response within three (3) weeks but such directions were never complied with by the respondent no.2.

Be that as it may, this is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent no.2 However, as per the status report, after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed. It is submitted by counsel for the respondent no.2 that thereafter the respondent no.2 moved an application for grant of regular bail which has been granted and even the charges have been framed and now the matter is listed before the Trial Court for prosecution evidence. That being so, this petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. SUNITA GUPTA, J JANUARY 20, 2016/rd
