Learned counsel for the parties state that, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, vide Settlement Agreement dated 15.07.2025, the present appeal is liable to be disposed of. 2.

It is further stated that certain compliances are to be made by the end of October, 2025 and the parties undertake to fulfil the same. 3.

This Court has been informed that Criminal Revision Petition No. 890/2018 titled as Saswati Mukherjee vs. Prasanta Mukherjee is pending in this Court and is listed for 09.10.2025. 4.

The parties jointly state that the aforesaid petition arises from proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 1973 and shall stand disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Liberty is granted to the parties to file an appropriate application, as permissible under law, for revival in the event that any cause or issue for continuance of the present appeal survives. 7.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of, alongwith the pending application(s), if any, in terms of the Settlement Agreement, which shall form part of the Decree.
