W.P. (Crl.) 3603/2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR ID-PDA-0026/2016 under Sections 379/411 IPC was registered against the petitioner at police station Domestic Airport.

It is submitted that due to mistake, mobile phone of the respondent no.2 was picked up by the petitioner at the Airport. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably. Respondent no. 2 is

present in Court and admits having settled the matter with the petitioner. He submits that he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, FIR ID-PDA0026/2016 under Sections 379/411 IPC registered at police station Domestic Airport and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Investigating Officer to return the mobile phone to the respondent no. 2 forthwith.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
