% 05.12.2018 Mr. Niloy Dasgupta, learned counsel for the Defendants submits that his client has changed the mark used by his client from 'SHOP 24 SEVEN' to 'Shop 24 Hours'. The image of the new board used has been placed on record. The same is in compliance with the judgement/order dated 15th October, 2018.

The Ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the website is still operational. The defendant, however, submits that the website is not being used currently. Insofar as the website "www.shoptwentyfourseven.in" is concerned, the Defendants have handed over the admin ID and the password of the same to the Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs may take steps to either transfer

the said domain name in their own name or pull down the website. The Defendants have no objection to this.

Accordingly, there has been compliance of the judgment which has been passed. No further orders are called for. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
