Mr. Sabharwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 invites attention of this Court to the order dated 11.07.2023 whereby it was informed to this Court that the petitioner had expired. 2.

It was also noted that the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought some time to move an appropriate application. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that despite such directions, no application has been filed till date.
