Affidavit of evidence has not been filed by the plaintiff despite specific order dated 16.02.2017.

On 01.03.2017 and 24.07.2017, the matter was adjourned to enable the plaintiff to file affidavit by way of evidence. But, no affidavit has been filed till date.
