CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 15.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.334/2016 under Sections 323/341/34 IPC was registered at police station Khayala. It is pointed out that on the complaint of petitioner no.1, a cross FIR was registered against respondent no.2 and her two sons in the same police station. It is further pointed out that the said FIR has already been quashed in Crl.M.C.3543/2016 by the Bench of coordinate jurisdiction today itself. Petitioners and respondent no.2 have prayed for quashing of FIR in view of the settlement. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Satyavir Singh PS Khayala.

She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force,

pressure and coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind that parties have settled their disputes and respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.334/2016 under Sections 323/341/34 IPC registered at police station Khayala, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of infructuous.
