HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 13.12.2018 Petitioner vide Crl.M.A. 34874/2018 has placed on record documents relating to the alleged surgery of his wife which were found to be forged and fabricated, as no such hospital with the name of Simran Hospital, 50 Ganesh Colony, Dhru Roa, Sangrur, Punjab exists.

Petitioner was thus directed to be produced in Court. He states that he has received these medical documents from the parokar and his wife was admitted. He further states that the condition of his wife is serious and there is no one to look after as his eldest son is working abroad, the second son is studying in the college and third son is aged 10 years. As per the status report filed, the son of the petitioner is in Cyprus and his other son is in 8th standard. Learned APP for the State submits that the medical condition of the wife of the petitioner could not be verified as she did not hand-over any medical documents.

BAIL APPLN. 2220/2018

State is directed to register a FIR on the allegations of filing of forged medical documents before this Court and investigate the same. No further orders are required to be passed.

Petition is dismissed. Order dasti to State. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
