O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lac Eighty Thousand only) over and above the amount payable in terms of the impugned award as full and final settlement. Today, the insurance company has handed over a cheque bearing No.524364 dated 08.03.2019 for Rs.1,80,000/- drawn on HSBC Bank, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi favouring the claimant Ms. Sandhya, which shall be kept in Fixed Deposit for a period of five years. However, the interest accruing thereon, be released on monthly or yearly basis, as may be beneficial and desired by the claimant Ms. Sandhya.

The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeal shall stand disposed of.
