% 04.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.210/2018 under Sections 407/411/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS G.T.B. Enclave. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 21st June, 2018 and charge for offence punishable under Section 411 IPC only has been framed against the petitioner. As per the FIR in question, there are allegations of taking away of `15 lakh by the sales persons of the company namely Flowtech. It is the case of the prosecution that Himanshu and Deepak had taken away company's money amounting to `15 lakh and the role assigned to the petitioner is that they concealed the money with the help of petitioner Sandeep @ Sunny. Considering the role assigned to the petitioner and that charge for offence punishable under Section 411 IPC only has been framed against BAIL APPLN. 2204/2018

the petitioner Sandeep, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
