O R D E R

% 14.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have amicably settled the matter, therefore, FIR No. 541/2007 under Sections 409/420/34 IPC registered at police station Mandawli Fazadpur may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Rajiv Kumar Gautam of police station Mandawli Fazadpur. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner vide Compromise Deed (Annexure P-2) of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

He admits having received the entire settled amount of `1.12 lacs. He has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the

petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
