% 11.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition has been filed in the name of an earlier entity and, therefore, the respondents have stated that the registration has been cancelled. He states that a fresh petition would be filed by the new entity.

We take the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner on record and dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, without commenting on merits.
