None has appeared for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that earlier four petitions filed by the petitioner, i.e. Crl.M.C. Nos.4799/2018, 4800/2018, 4802/2018 and 4803/2018 against the same summoning order were withdrawn by the petitioner. 2.

Order of withdrawal in the aforesaid petitions perused. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default. Pending application is also dismissed in default.
