% 06.02.2017 C.M. No.2730/2017 (application for restoration) The writ petition was dismissed for default on 6th January, 2017, as none had appeared for the petitioner despite second call. We are inclined to restore the writ petition as the counsel for the petitioner had appeared after recess on the same date. The application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original position.

W.P.(C) 11814/2016 After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission

to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all contentions and issues before the Recovery Officer and in case of an adverse order, in appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. In view of the statement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
