% 17.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts on 4th May, 2017, therefore, FIR No.04/2012 under Section 354/323 IPC registered at police station Nangloi on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed.

It is submitted that petitioner is the tenant of father of respondent no.2.

A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel took place between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 on some trivial issue which resulted in registration of abovementioned FIR. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes.

Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and has been identified by ASI Om Prakash, PS Nangloi.

She admits having settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion. Se further submits that in view of settlement arrived at before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in view that petitioner and private respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, in the interest of justice, FIR No.4/2012 under Section 354/323 IPC registered at police station Nangloi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
