The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court to:

1. issue Writ/Writs, direction/directions, order/orders upon to the Respondent No.1 to issue appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of Manager (Electronics) in Airport Authority of India pursuant to advertisement No.2/2007 as he was in waiting list panel prepared for selected candidates. 2.

pass such further order (s) as to this Hon'ble Court may

deem fit and proper."

It is also averred in the writ petition, pursuant to the dismissal of SLP No. 33369/2015 on April 19, 2017, the petitioner has given a representation dated April 28, 2017. It is his submission, no response has been received from the respondent on that representation.

It was put to Mr. Rai that whether respondent shall dispose of the representation by a speaking order. The answer is in the affirmative. Let the representation dated April 28, 2017 of the petitioner at pages 115 to 119 be disposed of within four weeks by a speaking order. A communication thereof shall be sent to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. The petition is disposed of.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision, on the representation, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court in accordance with law.
