Bose, Regional Manager, on instructions, submits that in view of the effect of dispensation by this court in Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd. Vs. Usha, MAC Appeal no. 160/2015, decided on 05.05.2016, to which attention was drawn by proceedings recorded on 04.08.2017, the appeal at hand is withdrawn with assurance that the award as rendered by the tribunal will be duly honoured.

The appeal with connected applications are dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall make the requisite deposit with the tribunal within 30 days.
