On 28.02.2019, the submissions of Mrs. Kajal Chandra, Advocate was noticed. Thereafter the matter was adjourned to 14.05.2019 when none appeared for the petitioner.

Court notice was issued to the petitioner returnable for 15.07.2019. On 15.07.2019, it is noticed by the Court that despite service of the court notice none was present for the petitioner. Case was adjourned to today in the interest of justice. Even today, none appears for the petitioner. 4.
