O R D E R

% 19.07.2017 The present petition assails the order dated 03.12.2016 passed by ld. Special Judge (NDPS), North west, Rohini Courts, Delhi, whereby whilst enlarging the petitioner on bail certain conditions were imposed on him in relation to the production of the minor daughter Tanishi before the Court of the ld. M.M. on every Friday at 3.00 p.m. till the filing of the chargesheet. We are informed at the Bar, as recorded in the order of even date in W.P.(Crl.) 3544/2016 that the parties are since cohabiting with each other along with their two minor daughters Tanishi and Vani, and that therefore, the conditions imposed by the trial court in the order impugned herein, be suitably modified.

In view of the foregoing, the present petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 03.12.2016 is modified to the extent that the condition

imposed on the petitioner to produce the minor daughter Tanishi before the Court of the Ld. M.M. on every Friday at 3.00 p.m. till the filing of the chargesheet is quashed and set aside.
