% 10.01.2017 The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.318/2016, under Sections 354/354D/506/509 IPC, Police Station Sector-23 Dwarka. Status report has been filed by the Investigating Officer in which it has been mentioned that notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. has been issued to the accused/petitioner and the accused is not required for the purpose of arrest.

Since the accused/petitioner is not required for the purpose of arrest, the present bail application is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
