The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to file a fresh application through proper channel for being appointed as a Notary.

The petitioner is a Senior Citizen and had functioned as a Notary from 1998 to 2016; her license was expired on 03.04.2016. Although, the petitioner was desirous of seeking renewal of her license but her application was delayed.

In view of the peculiar circumstances, the present petition is disposed of by directing that in the event the petitioner applies afresh, due credit would be given to the petitioner for functioning as a Notary for several years and her application would be considered sympathetically. 4.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
