The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning a notice dated 16.05.2018 passed by the Director General of Health Services blacklisting the petitioner for five years.

Admittedly, the said order has been kept in abeyance. 4.

Mr Ramesh Singh, learned counsel who appears for the respondent states that the respondent has on its own kept the order in abeyance and is awaiting the opinion of the Drug Controller before taking a final decision whether to confirm the order or to revoke the same. 5.

It is also noticed that the petitioner has already filed a suit impugning

the said blacklisting order.

In view of the above, no interference is called for by this Court at this stage.

The petition is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
