Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner hands over a copy of the order dated 26.10.2018, passed by the Under Secretary, Central Economic Intelligence Bureau, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi whereunder Mr.Bhikam Chand Choraria (detenue), father-in-law of the petitioner has been directed to be released from COFEPOSA detention forthwith. She states that in compliance of the aforesaid order, Mr.Bhikam Chand Choraria has been released and therefore, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present petition. W.P.(CRL) 2945/2018
