1. An inquiry report pursuant to the orders dated 12th September 2017 and 11th December 2017 has been filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Legal Cell, PHQ, Delhi.

2. Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs the Court that the inquiry was conducted by the Joint Commissioner of Police, Mr. David Lalrinsanga. It is stated that during the inquiry, the allegations levelled by the Petitioner have not been substantiated.

3. It is seen that this petition was already dismissed as withdrawn by the order dated 12th September 2017. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for. The file be consigned. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
