1. Counsel for the Revenue/Respondent states that he has received telephonic instructions from the Department that refund claimed by the Assessee/Petitioner has already been processed.

2. The refund order should be communicated to the Petitioner, not later than one week from today, and the refund amount together with the interest due thereon shall be credited to the account of the Petitioner, not later than one week thereafter.
