% 13.09.2017 CRL.M.A. 15261/2017 in CRL.M.C. 2819/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of respondent No.2, Vikas @ Shammi seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants/respondents that vide order dated 08.09.2017 this Court allowed the petition of the State (petitioner herein) and cancelled the bail granted to the applicants/respondents.

He has further submitted that the applicants/respondents want to prefer SLP (Crl.) against the order dated 08.09.2017 passed by this Court and submits that the applicants/respondents be granted 2 weeks more time to surrender before the Court below.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants/respondents are directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 27th September, 2017.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
