O R D E R

% 08.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and look after the ailing mother. On a notice being issued a Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report, the petitioners are four brothers and the other three brothers of the petitioner are residing with their mother and are doing the job of agriculture work/labour job. A perusal of the Nominal Roll reveals that the petitioner was granted parole firstly on 27th April, 2016 for a period of four weeks and furlough thereafter on 11th May, 2017 for a period of three weeks. Considering that the petitioner was granted the concession twice which he did not misuse, this Court is inclined to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
