% 11.12.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they would be submitting reply to the Assessing Officer in respect of the queries raised for their claims regarding the pending refunds of tax and interest. The Objection Hearing Authority will examine the contentions and issues raised by him and answers given by the petitioner and decide vide order to be passed within a period of four months from today. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Objection Hearing Authority, he may challenge the same in accordance with law. The petitioner/authorized representative would appear before the Objection Hearing Authority on 18th December, 2017.
