O R D E R

% 31.10.2017 The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the recording of remaining evidence of the prosecution is scheduled before the Trial Court on 24th November, 2017.

The Trial Court is requested to endeavour to record the evidence for the prosecution by first week of December, 2017 and to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of February, 2018.

In the aforesaid circumstance, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the application and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to seek remedies at a later stage, should he so desire. Liberty granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
