The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 points out that a typographical error has crept in paragraph no.10 of the order dated 27.02.2025 in as much as it mentions the figure of ₹1,17,72,391.80 instead of correct amount of ₹11,77,239.18.

Accordingly, paragraph no.10 of the order dated 27.02.2025 is corrected to read as under:

"10. In view of the above, we consider it apposite to direct respondent no.2 to pay the aforesaid amount of ₹11,77,239.18 with simple interest at the rate of six per cent per annum with effect from 28.03.2011 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date." 3.

The order dated 27.02.2025 is corrected to the above extent. 4.

The Registry is directed to upload the corrected order on the strength of this order.
