% 09.12.2016 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to approach the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad for seeking anticipatory bail for the present dispute for which the petitioner be granted interim protection. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has opposed the present bail application. He has submitted that the bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.K.Pathak has also refused to entertain the bail application on account of jurisdiction and permitted the petitioner to withdraw the bail application. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that she insists for interim protection.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and accordingly disposed of. No coercive action be taken by respondent No.3 for a period of one week from today.
