ORDER
% 18.07.2017 By these petitions, petitioners (accused persons) have prayed for quashing of following two cross FIRs:- FIR No. 182/2012 under Sections 326/34 IPC registered at P.S. Kotwali on the complaint of Mohd. Arif (respondent no. 2) in Cr1. M.C. No. 2692/20 17.
FIR No. 181/2012 under Sections 324 IPC registered at P.S. Kotwali on the complaint of Mohd. Illiyas (respondent no. 2) in Cr!. M.C. No. 2695/2017.
Mohd. Arif and Mohd. Illiyas (complainant/respondent no. 2 in both the above petitions) are present in Court and submit that they have settled the disputes amicably with the accused persons (petitioners in both the above petitions) and are not willing to pursue both the above-mentioned FIRs any further. They admit having settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Keeping in mind the fact that accused persons and complainants were known to each other, a quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter and now they have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, in the interest of justice, both the
above-mentioned FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. J.
