The settlementagreement dated 10.05.2018 arrived at between the parties at the Delhi High Court Mediation& ConciliationCentre is on the record and vide clause 5 of the said settlementagreement, it is indicated that the parties had agreed to withdraw all respective civil and criminal proceedings.

Learned counsel for the appellant thus, seeks permissionto withdraw FAO 574/2016 against the impugned order dated 29.06.2016 as passed by the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation-respondentno.3. The appeal is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
