W.P.(CRL) 2855/2018 It is the petitioner's case that the accused is appearing in this Court in another matter and the IO is aware of it, and yet he is not taking requisite steps to apprehend the accused. The petitioner complaints of lackadaisical approach of the IO.

Nevertheless, since the petitioner has an equally efficacious alternate remedy available to him, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage, and seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue his grievances before the appropriate Court. Dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.

The address of the accused, as may be available with the petitioner,

will be shared with the IO in the Court through the learned counsel for the State, for appropriate immediate action.
