% 17.08.2017 The present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.42/2008 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station CWC Cell, Nanakpura, Delhi.

Notice issued to the respondent No.2 has been received unserved. It is submitted by learned APP for State that the Investigating Officer has verified the present position from the Trial Court and has reported that the petitioner/accused stands acquitted on 22.07.2017 as the complainant/respondent No.2 has made a statement in favour of the petitioner.
