1. This is a petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 („Act‟) for issuance of summons to the witnesses in the arbitral proceedings.

2. Notice. Mr. Lalit Gupta, learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice.

3. Learned counsel for the parties have been heard.

4. The Court directs summons to be issued to the following: (i) Shri Q. L. Dua or any other competent person representing Sital Taran Associates, Engineers, Architect, Valuer(s), A-2/102, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 to establish and prove the valuation report dated January 2002, issued by them; and OMP (E)(Comm) 46/2016

(ii) The Assessment Officer, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Assessment & Collection Department, SAU-II, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-22, Zone-RKP/C-17, to report with the file pertaining to Plot No. B-25, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi in relation to assessment order dated 25th March 2004 passed by the Department. to appear before learned Arbitrator at Neeti Bagh Club, Neeti Bagh, New Delhi at 10am on 9th January 2017.
