% 14.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No. 329/16 under Sections 323/341/452/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at police station Dwarka North. Learned ASC for the State submits that during the investigation Section 325 IPC has been added in the FIR. Petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide a compromise deed (Annexure P-4).
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by his counsel. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any force, undue pressure or coercion.
He further submits that he is not willing to
pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind that parties have settled their disputes vide compromise deed, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 329/16 under Sections 323/325/341/452/34 IPC registered at police station Dwarka North and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
