% 09.01.2017 CM No.764/2017 By the present application the petitioner seeks to correct the typographical error in the order dated 16.12.2016. It is urged that in page 1 of the said order the order wrongly records as follows:- "respondent, subject to the respondent concurrently receiving the security"

He submits that the respondent is not to receive the security amount but is to refund the security amount to the petitioner as is clear from the next page of the order. The application is in order. The order dated 16.12.2016 is clarified that the respondent has to pay the security deposit. Application stands disposed of JAYANT NATH, J JANUARY 09, 2017 n
