1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement on 15.10.2024. A copy of the said settlement agreement has been placed on record. They, therefore, pray that appeals be disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement.

2. Having perused the said settlement agreement, we find that the parties have decided to part ways amicably and consequently, it is prayed by them that the appeals be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.10.2024.

3. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, the appeals are disposed of by directing that the parties will remain governed not only by the impugned order dated 12.07.2019 but also by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.10.2024.
