It is not disputed by counsel for the parties that NCLT, Mumbai Bench has appointed an Insolvency Resolution Professional ("IRP"). 2.

As a matter of fact, counsel for the petitioner submits that they had filed a claim before IRP as in its capacity as an operational creditor.

In these circumstances, the captioned petition cannot proceed further. The same is accordingly closed.
