At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition seeking regular bail with liberty to file the same before the learned Trial Court. However, his grievance is that despite the fact that he has been in judicial custody since 7th October, 2014 till date the eye witnesses have not been examined.

The grievance of the petitioner is justified. Learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously and examine the eye witnesses in the first instance on the next date of hearing and if not possible to examine them on the next date, they be examined by giving short dates. 3.

With these directions the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
