By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of finalizing suitable match for himself as well as for social ties.

Notice. Mr.Ashish Aggarwal, ASC for the State while accepting notice submits that the representation made by the petitioner to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi seeking parole on the same ground, is still pending and the same shall be disposed of within two weeks from today. 3.

In view of the assurance being given on behalf of the learned ASC for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition. 4.
