% 20.03.2019 By this petition, the petitioner who was alleged accused in case FIR No.16/2014 registered at PS Vigilance Branch sought expeditious completion of investigation as the same was pending since 2014. Learned additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that during the course of investigation, the complainant was not forthcoming with the original audio recording and a cancellation report has been prepared and the same has been filed before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction.

The investigation having been concluded learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
