% 18.07.2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Petitioner states that after some time he would move a representation that his posting in Chennai be not considered to be on compassionate ground as such ground is available only once during the entire service. He submits that the petitioner could not avail benefit of posting as most of time he was sailing. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. We clarify that we are not expressing any opinion on the grounds of representation. However, in case any
