Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the averments made by the respondents in the affidavit to the effect that at the time of his Appeal Medical Examination, the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice, as would be apparent from his blood test report enclosed with the affidavit, she does not wish to press the present petition any further. 2.
The petitioner shall apply for the subject post as and when the advertisement is circulated for the post.
